Clinical areas include: anxiety, depression, peer pressure, academic / sports performance stress, family conflicts, body image or self-esteem issues, and self harming behaviors. I also work with important life transitions such as relocating to a new country, changing schools, or a transition to college.

We will collaborate to help you navigate your main environments: family, friends, the demands of school, or a transition to college. I create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself, are able to share your feelings and struggles, and can communicate your needs.
