Daphne Haddock

PSYCHOTHERAPIST, LCSW

I have an integrated, balanced, approachable psychotherapeutic style focused on the mind-body connection that will help you emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually.

Let’s be curious and explore where you feel stuck, why you may be repeating old patterns, and help you find new ways of doing things

Psychotherapy for adults, young adults, adolescents, couples and families.

Let’s understand your personal history and find out why you may be repeating old patterns. Working through obstacles together, we can help you find a path to living a more authentic and meaningful life.

Adults, Families, and Couples

Clinical areas include: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, codependency and attachment issues, parenting and family issues, life transitions. I also work with families relocating internationally.

Together we will work in a psychodynamic and interpersonal framework. I am a great listener and deeply care about our work, you, and the process; working with an integrated, balanced, and approachable style.  Through a relationship that feels collaborative, in a safe and healthy holding environment we will explore what you are experiencing and work towards achieving your goals. Let’s find out why you may be repeating old behavioral patterns, help you resolve challenges, and find new ways of doing things.

 Young Adults and Adolescents

Clinical areas include: anxiety, depression, peer pressure, academic / sports performance stress, family conflicts, body image or self-esteem issues, and self harming behaviors. I also work with important life transitions such as relocating to a new country, changing schools, or a transition to college.

Adolescence is a critical stage of development, and providing you with the right support and guidance during this time can have a significant impact on your well-being and your path in life. We will collaborate to help you navigate your main environments: family, friends, the demands of school, or a transition to college. I create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself, are able to share your feelings and struggles, and can communicate your needs. Growth will be experienced as you continue building your sense of self and self-esteem.

As you grow you will experience your relationship with yourself, your parents, school, and friends more positively.
