Daphne Haddock

PSYCHOTHERAPIST, LCSW

Who I Work With

I work with individuals and professionals who are thoughtful, high-functioning, and often outwardly successful, yet privately carry inner or relational struggles that are hard to resolve on their own.

Together, we will explore how past experiences shape present patterns, creating space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

My Approach

I provide psychotherapy for adults, couples, families, and young adults, offering a compassionate and collaborative space.

My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based work, and mind-body awareness to foster greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships.

Themes We Explore

• Attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem

• Repetition patterns in relationships and professional life

• Family systems and intergenerational dynamics

• Divorce, separation, and relational transitions

• Identity, meaning, and major life transitions

• Boundaries, autonomy, and self-authorship

• Codependency and the emotional landscape of recovery

Whether you are working through personal struggles, navigating divorce or other major life transitions, or moving through recovery as part of your broader life story, therapy can offer a space for healing, self-acceptance, and meaningful connection.

I also offer psychoanalytic work, a deeper form of therapy that involves meeting multiple times per week and allows for sustained exploration of unconscious patterns, relational dynamics, and inner life.
